Why should I buy a new computer from you instead of somewhere like PC World?
We believe that our service comes with a more personal touch. We've been around since 2004 and our staff haven't changed. So you know that in the event of a problem with your computer, you can talk to the person that actually sold you the system.
That's just one of the reasons.
If you buy a computer system from one of the large retailers and it developes a fault then you will be told to backup your data as they will simply re-install the operating system back to factory settings.
If a computer system bought from us developes a hard disk drive problem during its warranty then we'll save your important documents, photos and music files, install a new hard disk drive and then copy those files back free of charge. Most large retailers ask you to secure all your files first then bring the machine in for repair. That's normally pretty diffcult when your computer is not functioning.
Most retailers are now offering telephone technical support for a around £80 per year. We don't charge for this service.
If you have a problem with your computer that requires a little telephone help then all you do is call us and we'll help. We don't charge extra for the occasional telephone support. What's more, you'll be talking to us here in Southampton, not a call centre in India or some other part of the world.
We are always happy to help our customers, if you need any help or advice with a technology query then you can call us and we'll advise you accordingly.
What about warranties?
All our machines are supplied with a one year, return to base warranty as standard. We won't try to sell you accidental damage insurance or an extended warranty. If you are happy with the service you have received from us then you will come to us for an extended warranty when the first year runs out.
Or, you can simply wait and if your computer developes a problem we'll fix it for our very modest fixed price fee of £50 + parts.
When you buy a new computer system from us you also get free home installation. That means that your computer will have all attached peripherals like printers and cameras configured and ready to use.
Also, we provide a choice of operating systems. So you can choose Windows XP or Windows Vista, you won't have to put up with what's installed.
