Our staff are enrolled in a continuous improvement programme to ensure that we are always up to date with the latest advances in technology and so are able to provide straight answers to your questions. We are always happy to answer your questions so feel free to pop in to our store and bend our ear if you need some advice.

Our Workshop

Our workshop is located at the rear of our shop so you can rest assured that you know where your device is at all times. Our wide range of equipment ensures that we are able to perform the huge variety of repairs required by our customers. We have five full time engineers and 13 bench bays for devices to be repaired. If you need your repair completed urgently then there is always a space for it on our benches.

Our Products

We're enthusiasts, we eat sleep and breathe technology. To say we are passionate is an understatement. As enthusiasts we get to play with a lot of new products and new technologies, we have tried and tested hundreds of products over the years. One thing we have learned from all that playing around is that you generally get what you pay for and you normally find out why your product was so cheap when it goes wrong. That's why we use only the best hardware in our custom built machines and use manufacturers that we know to be very reliable to keep problems to a minimum. We won't sell it if we don't believe in it!

Our 24 Month Warranty covers parts and labour, be careful what you buy when you see other companies offering 3 year warranties. Read the small print, it's very likely that after year 1 only labour is covered, not parts.
